| Stenographer |
- Passed Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent.
- Shorthand speed of 80 WPM and typing speed of 30 WPM.
- Must qualify General English, Shorthand, and Computer Typing tests.
- Preference for candidates with 2 years of experience as Stenographer and computer proficiency.

| Junior Assistant |
- Passed Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board/university.
- Proficient in computer operations (Windows, Network Operating Systems, LAN Architecture).
- Must qualify the examination prescribed by NBEMS.

| Deputy Director (Medical) |
- Recognized postgraduate medical qualification in the relevant specialty as per the Medical Council Act, 1956.
- Preference for candidates with training in Medical Education Technology and knowledge of modern assessment techniques.

- B.Tech./B.E., BCA, DOEACC ‘B’ Level or ‘C’ Level certification.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics with Computer specialization, or equivalent.

- Must qualify the examination prescribed by NBEMS.
