- Post Graduate degree or equivalent in English, Hindi, History, Political Science, Sociology, or Music.
- B.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. with a 2-year Diploma in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
- Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script.
- Knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
- Valid CRR registration with RCI before the examination date.
